SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing and dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.
2. Delivery methods and times
- Free delivery: via Colissimo for France, and via various carriers depending on your postcode for other countries.
- Delivery time: estimated at 10 to 12 working days.
3. Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to customers by email 2 to 3 days after their order. It can be used directly on the store to follow the progress of the parcel.
4. Amendments
You have 24 hours from purchase confirmation to request an amendment to your order. However, if this deadline has passed and the order has already been prepared and dispatched, no amendment can be accepted.
