Valentino V-Romask VLS-120 Sunglasses

A single-piece shield lens mounted in a very thin titanium frame, with the top line descending in a V at the center to form the logo. The front is square, extending broadly over the temples, and is scooped out at the bottom to clear the cheekbones. The temples are flat titanium rods, finished with acetate tips. On the black version, the lens features a filigree monogram pattern.

Who is it for?

A statement piece, not a understated frame: the 146 mm lens covers from the eyebrow to the top of the cheek and is immediately noticeable. It suits wide, square, and elongated faces, and overwhelms small features. The titanium and adjustable nose pads limit the weight despite the surface area, but the short temples suggest an average head circumference. The black with the pattern is the most opaque and covering, the gold with brown lenses remains warm and legible, and the beige with pink lenses is the softest and least covering.
