A massive rectangular front in shiny black acetate, with a stepped top line above the bridge and slightly raised at the temples. The lenses are deeply set within the material, creating a very wide frame at the bottom. Each temple features an openwork golden metal plate with two windows, centered around a Medusa medallion. The rest of the temple is black and straight.

A bold and confident model, worn by both men and women. The thick rectangle frames round and oval faces and accentuates an already square jawline. The 54 caliber and 18 mm high bridge are suitable for medium to wide face shapes; on a small face, the front extends beyond the temples. The acetate is quite thick, so it can feel heavy by the end of the day, but the wide temples distribute the pressure. The black and gold plate create the most striking contrast in the Versace catalog.
