A single, dark grey shield lens framed by a gold metal wire that redefines the entire outline with sharp angles and tapers to a point under the nose. Two gilded Medusa medallions punctuate the front, one at the center of the bridge, the others at the junction of the temples, which are thin, flat, and finished with curved tips. The adjustable transparent nose pads are mounted on visible stems, visible from the rear.
