A blade of gold resting on the nose. The GG1278S features a very narrow, polished gold metal rectangle, semi-rimless: the wire follows only the bottom and sides of the lens, leaving the top line free. At the beginning of each temple, the interlocking GG appears upside down, in relief. Translucent acetate temple tips soften the grip behind the ear. Made in Italy.

For whom?

A unisex frame that is tiny in height but wide at 55mm: it sits high on the nose and leaves the gaze very uncovered. It flatters slender, oval, and elongated faces, and further refines soft features. On a wide or square face, it will appear undersized. The semi-rimless mounting remains fragile when cleaning; handle it by the frame and not by the lenses. The gold color suits warm complexions and a colorful wardrobe, with the violet version being much more assertive.
