A temple that rejects straight lines and wraps around the lens from underneath. The golden metal starts at the bridge, describes a perfect circle around the lens, then dips in a wide curve under the frame before rising towards the temple and extending into a very thin arm. Deep burgundy lenses warm the whole, and the house name is engraved in small capitals on each temple.

The Island is for those who like clear, perfectly symmetrical curves. The geometric circle softens square jaws and balances a pointed chin, but it will accentuate the roundness of an already rounded face. The metal remains extremely thin and the weight is barely noticeable, a real asset on this type of caliber. The warm gold flatters golden to dark complexions. The burgundy lenses are dark enough for full sun while letting in a warm light, softer on the eye than a neutral gray. The curve under the lens requires attention when storing.
